Returns & Exchanges
Exchange - In the case of an exchange, please forward us your original confirmation email and include a brief description of the chosen product and relevant details (size, colour) which you would like to exchange your current purchase for, via shop@regenttailoring.co.uk. Upon receipt of your original product, we will send your replacement at no additional charge.
* The return of the original item(s) is still your responsibility.
Online Returns - If you wish to Return your online purchases please email us at hello@regenttailoring.co.uk with a brief explanation to why you are seeking a refund. Then please follow the steps below.
- Return items within 14 days of receipt.
- Ensure that you include your printed email confirmation along with the parcel you are returning.
- Ensure items are unworn/unused and in a re-saleable condition.
- Ensure items are in correct or similar packaging to avoid damage.
- Please note that due to hygiene reasons we can not accept refunds or exchanges on underwear.

Please Note:
- Delivery charges will not be refunded
- The cost of returning the goods and the safe return of goods is your responsibility. We suggest you use a recorded delivery service. We cannot be held responsible for damage or loss of the item during its journey. - Refunds will be made to your account via our secure system within 5 working days of satisfactory receipt of goods.
In Store Returns - We want to make sure that you love everything you buy in-store so we are happy to offer an exchange or credit note for any items returned in original condition for 14 days past the original purchase date.
Credit notes are valid for one year past date of issue so make sure you keep it somewhere safe.
We no longer offer cash refunds unless previously agreed with the Regent Team at point of sale.
