Alterations & Fit

When purchasing a Bespoke or Made to Measure garment(s), please be aware that changes in your weight or body shape can significantly affect the fit and appearance of the piece(s). We recommend considering the following points.

• Our suits are tailored to fit your specific measurements at the time of  initial fitting.  Any subsequent weight gain or loss may alter the fit of the suit.
• Adjustments might be necessary if there are notable changes in your body dimensions. These alterations may incur additional costs.
• In cases where the changes in body shape or weight are so significant that they exceed the scope of reasonable alterations, the cost of producing a completely new suit may be incurred, essentially charging for two suits.

By purchasing a bespoke suit, you acknowledge that alterations might be needed in the future to accommodate any changes in your weight or body shape, and you accept responsibility for any associated costs.

Non-Refundable Deposit 

Please be advised that all deposits made towards the purchase of bespoke suits are non-refundable. This policy is applicable regardless of the reason for cancellation. We require this deposit to cover initial costs associated with the bespoke creation process.

Cancellations 

Once a bespoke suit order has gone into production, cancellation is no longer possible. Production entails the cutting of fabric and the commencement of tailoring according to the customer's specifications. Due to the personalised nature of bespoke suits, these garments cannot be repurposed or resold.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these terms. Your bespoke suit is crafted uniquely for you, reflecting precise measurements and personal preferences, which renders the garment non-cancellable and non-refundable post-production initiation.
