UK Delivery
Standard Delivery is via recorded Royal Mail, Evri or DPD depending on availability. All items are guaranteed for delivery within 7 working days of receiving your dispatch confirmation email.
Next day delivery - Orders must be placed by midday to qualify for this service. Please contact us if your order is particularly urgent or has been placed after midday and we will do our best to help.
*If you require your item(s) by a particular date, please contact us ahead of placing your order to make sure we are able to meet your requirements.
If the item(s) you have ordered are not in stock at time of order we will get in contact with you as soon as possible to let you know of the situation.
International Deliveries
All deliveries are sent via recorded courier services and are expected within a reasonable time of the date of the dispatch confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances. Again, if you require your item(s) by a particular date, please contact us ahead of placing your order to make sure we are able to meet your requirements.
If you are buying from outside of the UK and should be VAT exempt, please contact us as we can take the VAT off your sale in form of a refund until this service is made more readily available via our shopping platform.
