Award-winning Fusilli! This family favourite is loved for its amazing texture, making each bite a comforting delight. They make it carefully using traditional Italian methods and with our beautiful British spelt. Northern Pasta Fusilli is simply delicious.

They make all Northern Pasta at our small but powerful Pasta HQ in Cumbria, using their special blend of regeneratively grown British spelt. They use Bronze Dies to give our pasta a fantastic texture and dry it slowly at low temperatures to bring out the delicious nutty flavour and look after the high-quality ingredients they use.
