Built for serious cold, the Devold Expedition Merino 235 Long Johns are a technical two-layer base layer designed to provide dependable insulation in demanding winter conditions. Developed from garments used on polar expeditions, they combine the natural warmth and comfort of merino wool with added durability and excellent moisture management.

The inner layer is made from 100% soft merino wool, sitting comfortably against the skin while helping regulate body temperature. The outer layer uses Aquaduct-treated merino wool to draw moisture away from the body and encourage faster evaporation, while added polyamide improves strength and resilience. With a substantial 235 g/m² construction, these long johns are ideal when warmth is a priority without sacrificing breathability.

Flat seams help minimise irritation during long periods of wear, while double cuffs and a wide elasticated waistband create a secure, comfortable fit. Designed for everything from hiking and skiing to fishing, expeditions and cold-weather outdoor work, they make a reliable foundation for winter layering.
