Chocolarder has given a fresh twist to the timeless rhubarb and ginger combo, all while keeping waste to a minimum. This treat is made from leftover breakfast bar ingredients that would have otherwise been thrown away. They’ve created a delightful split bar: one half is tangy rhubarb chocolate, and the other half is ginger milk chocolate, both made from food waste and crafted from bean to bar.

The rhubarb and ginger used in this bar came from Wonki Collective, which sources surplus ingredients from a cereal bar manufacturer. This bar is a delightful mix of ginger milk chocolate and rhubarb and cocoa butter. The spicy ginger and tangy rhubarb really shine when paired with the milk chocolate—it’s a classic reason why this combination works so well.
