UK Delivery


All items are guaranteed for delivery within 7 working days of receiving your dispatch confirmation email. Delivery is via recorded Royal Mail or another courier service for larger deliveries. A next day delivery service is available by selecting Royal Mail Special Delivery: this has an additional cost. Orders must be placed by midday to qualify for this service. Please contact us if your order is particularly urgent or has been placed after midday and we will do our best to help.


If you require your item(s) by a particular date, please contact us ahead of placing your order to make sure we are able to meet your requirements. If the item(s) you have ordered are not in stock at time of order we will get in contact with you as soon as possible to let you know of the situation.


International Delivery


All deliveries are sent via recorded courier services and are expected within a reasonable time of the date of the dispatch confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances. Again, if you require your item(s) by a particular date, please contact us ahead of placing your order to make sure we are able to meet your requirements.


If you are buying from outside of the UK and should be VAT exempt, please contact us as we can take the VAT off your sale in form of a refund until this service is made more readily available via our shopping platform.


Please note that you may be subject to import taxes and duty which are issued when the delivery reaches its specific location; contact your local customs office for further information.

Returns - In Store


We want to make sure that you love every purchase you make from us. That is why we are happy to offer an exchange or credit note for any items purchased in store and returned in a saleable condition for 14 days past the original purchase date.


The credit note will be valid for 1 year past date of issue, so make sure you keep it somewhere safe.



Returns - Online


Please email us at sales@regenttailoring.co.uk with a brief description of your refund or exchange and whilst there are many reasons why you might wish  to return a product to us, please do, in all cases, follow the steps outlined below:


  • Return items within 14 days of receipt.
  • Ensure that you include your printed email confirmation along with the parcel you are returning.
  • Ensure items are unworn/unused and in a re-saleable condition.
  • Ensure items are in correct or similar packaging to avoid damage.
  • Obtain a proof of posting via Royal Mail or your chosen courier service as we cannot be held responsible for damage or loss of the item during its journey.
  • Please note that due to hygiene reasons we can not accept refunds or exchanges on underwear.

    N.B. Items which we deem to be faulty or mis-sold are eligible for a full refund including a re-fund on postage - however, items which were not mis-sold or faulty are subject to a refund on the product only, and any further postage costs will be the customers' responsibility. We cannot support a customer's change of mind or taste as reason to facilitate extra postage costs. 


    In the case of an exchange, please forward us your original confirmation email and include a brief description of the chosen product and relevant details (size, colour) which you would like to exchange your current purchase for, via sales@regenttailoring.co.uk. Upon receipt of your original product, we will send your replacement at no additional charge.


    We reserve the right to refuse a sale if we deem it necessary online, in shop or third party. This could be due to a pricing error or a misrepresentation of a product - such situations caused by human error or technical issues. To our knowledge this does not effect your statutory rights. We also reserve the right to enforce or withdraw our guarantees at anytime.
