This spice mix was originally for pheasant and partridge, the spice blend has become a staple and a very versatile seasoning. The balance of spice which is Aleppo pepper - slightly more floral and ancho- to bring the kick sits alongside juniper, pink peppercorn and the citrus zing of dried orange peel.

Great on: Pork, venison, sweet potato, cauliflower (all veggies)
