A rich, fruity hot sauce combining charred peaches, Scotch bonnet chillies and spiced rum for a brilliant mix of smoky sweetness and warming heat. Charring the peaches brings out their caramelised character, while fermented vegetables add savoury depth and a naturally layered acidity.

Scotch bonnet gives the sauce a medium, mouth-coating warmth without drowning out the flavour. A splash of spiced rum rounds everything off with dark fruit, caramel and vanilla notes. Thick and textured, it’s particularly good with grilled meats, burgers, BBQ food, roasted vegetables or cheese.
