CHOCOLARDER - Ponta Figo 70% Dark Chocolate

Description

Located near the equator in the Gulf of Guinea, off the western coast of Central Africa, the island of São Tomé, often referred to as the chocolate island, boasts a unique, natural ecosystem and is renowned for producing some of the finest cocoa in the world.

This is our first bar made with beans from this island, and the flavours are incredible. Tropical fruits, when coming up with a summary we kept landing on fruit salad which is not often what you would say about a chocolate bar.
