Art Wow - “Ey Up” Duck Ceramic Plate - 8 Inch

Description

A brilliantly British bit of wall art with plenty of personality, the Ey Up Duck Ceramic Plate by The 13 Prints combines vintage imagery with bold contemporary typography. Featuring a characterful mallard duck layered beneath oversized “EY UP” lettering, it brings a playful, slightly eccentric touch to a kitchen, dining room or gallery wall.

Each ceramic plate is hand printed, giving every piece its own individual character and making small variations in the finish part of the design. At 8 inches, it works particularly well as a decorative side plate, display piece or as part of a mixed collection of printed plates. It can also be used for lighter foods such as cake or toast, although the printed surface is best kept away from regular cutlery to help preserve the artwork.

Fun without feeling novelty, this is exactly the sort of unexpected homeware piece that makes a great gift — particularly for someone who appreciates British humour, unusual interiors or a good “ey up”.
